Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing times may be extended. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany (Standard Delivery): 5–10 working days
- Germany (Express Delivery, where available): 3–6 working days
- Europe: 7–14 working days
- International Orders: 10–20 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking details may take up to 48 hours to become active in the carrier’s system.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For orders delivered within Germany and eligible EU regions, applicable taxes may already be included in the prices displayed at checkout.
For international orders outside the European Union, Von Alder is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges applied by the destination country.
All such fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Von Alder is not responsible for parcels lost, stolen, or delayed by the shipping carrier once they have been handed over for delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can assist you promptly.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your full delivery address and postal code are entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
International Shipping
Von Alder ships worldwide. International delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance procedures.
Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their country.
