At Von Alder, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully.
Returns
You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Items that show signs of wear, damage, washing, or alteration after delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund yet:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
- Next, contact your bank for additional information.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us at support@vonalder.de with photos and details of the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We may request photos or videos to verify the issue before approving a replacement or refund.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If applicable, return shipping fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
International Orders
For international orders, customers are responsible for any return shipping fees, customs duties, taxes, or import charges associated with the return.
